Time: 9 AM to Noon and 1 PM to 4 (There is a 10 minute break every 50 minutes and lunch is from Noon to 1.)

2. Utilize tools to help you maintain your real estate license

Code of Ethics

3 hours - CE Elective Credit (There is a break every 50 minutes of class.)

Upon the completion of this course you will be able to: 

1. Discuss how ethics are formed

2. Review the history of the Code of Ethics

3. Identify three land use ethical philosophies

4. Identify the structure of the Code of Ethics, the Artibritation Process and the Function of the Ombudsman

5. Review Case studies and apply the Code of Ethics

Yes, this class will meet your Code of Ethics requirements. When you receive your certificate you will need to email it to your Board so they can report it to NAR. 

NAR offers a free COE class but you do NOT receive CE credit for it.  Check your status at this link to see if you need to complete a COE class by December 31, 2021.

4. Define fiduciary and fiduciary duties

5. Review the standards of professional conduct under Kentucky laws 

6. Identify the triggering events for the Guide to Agency Relationships and the Agency Consent Agreement

1. Identify advertising definitions under Kentucky laws

2. Define false, misleading and deceptive advertising

3. Identify when the brokers identification information must be used in advertising

4. To distinguish between "required content" and promotional materials

5. Identify the steps to use an alternative name

Technical Requirements

It's easy to login and take your class from the comfort of your home or office. 

1. A high speed internet connection is required. It is recommend that you login on a wired device.

2. You will be required to download Zoom.  (Zoom.us) 

3. A headset or earbuds are recommended, but not necessary to attend the class. 

4. You MUST have a webcam and be seen by the instructor at all times during the class.

Class Dates - All classes are in the Eastern Daylight Time Zone. 

Time: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  

There is a 10 minute break every 50 minutes and lunch is from noon to 1 p.m. (Just like in the classroom.)
